Welcome to this week’s capsules. Last week I shared the story of Isaac Durojaiye, also known as Gadaffi and I promised I was going to be concluding that story this week.

Back to my story. After six years in the business of his talent, he broke even and DMT mobile toilets were all over the place. And like it is written that a man’s gift makes him stand before kings, he soon attracted the attention of the president at the time, Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo and before long, they were friends.

While speaking to the graduating students of covenant university several years back, he narrated how President Obasanjo had taken him to a presidential function in South Africa. While the event was going on, Obasanjo had taken him by the hand and introduced him to several African presidents that were present and before that event was over, he had become friends with several of them.

Let me help you understand what it means to be friends with a president. It means if for any reason you have to visit that country, visa (if need be will be almost automatic). It also means you will be treated as a presidential guest and chauffeured straight to the presidential villa with a presidential convoy. During your stay there also, you would be given a presidential treatment all the way. Its not a big deal when you have a president’s number on your phone. You might have it and be unable to use it. However, its a big deal when a president has your number on his phone!

Someone I know puts it this way; to have a presidents number on your phone is CONNECTION but for a president to have your number on his phone is INFLUENCE.

That’s what walking in line with your passion does for you. Do you want to stand out? Do you want the world to turn it’s attention in your direction, then you need to find your talent and walk in line with it!!!

Before he passed on to glory, Gaddafi took the “shit” business to a different level. In his words; “Now, we have just introduced a set of toilets that are fully air-conditioned with MP-3 player, red-carpet reception and satellite TV…giving you the glamour you may not be able to provide for yourself”

In addition, he was on a project that converts faeces to bio-fuel before his demise. What a passion for faeces, the same thing others can’t even Stand the smell.

I challenge you, yes you reading this piece, you who think you are not talented and you who is yet to discover your talent. Begin to look out for that thing you have a genuine passion for. Its your ticket to greatness, fame, fortune, stardom, awards and wealth untold. That’s the thing that has been designed to make you stand before kings and great men.

On this subject, hear what Gaddafi had to say; “And when God wanted to create you and I, He took us from the ground, so inside me and inside of you sitting here, there’s an element of gold, there’s an element of diamond, there’s an element of precious stones and so many other wonderful things. So, all we need to do is to discover that thing that God has deposited inside of us. We can turn our passion to business, we can turn our talents to business; things that we do naturally could be turned into businesses.”

Let me add that your talent might not be any of the regular forms of talents as we know. It’s okay, talents come in shapes and sizes like I noted earlier. When you have found it, stop at nothing until you become the best at it.

Finally, to the singles still trusting for life partners, hear this; the reason you lack confidence in yourself to attract a spouse of repute is because you have not found your talent. Here is my advice to you, find your talent and walk in line with it and you will see that there are too many spouses to choose from.
